Individualized educational plans for each student based on a comprehensive assessment by a multidisciplinary team to identify strengths and needs. The comprehensive assessment team includes a psychologist, speech and language therapist, physical therapist, occupational therapist, sensory integration specialist, special education specialist, adapted sports specialist, educational technology, and academic subject teachers such as mathematics, Arabic, English, and science, as well as enrichment activity instructors. Additionally, the school adopted the Skills for Adaptive Behavior System (S.A.B.S.) at the beginning of the 2017/2018 academic year, which provides individualized assessments, goals, and quarterly action plans for each student in nine areas of adaptive behavior based on the latest global standards and programs.
High staff-to-student ratio in autism classes (three teachers for every eight students), as the total staff count in the school for the past academic year was 137 employees, with the administrative staff comprising only 12%.
